Binance still has the broadest spot + derivatives selection of anything I tested. Post-DOJ settlement compliance is visible in onboarding (more questions than 2022) but not obstructive. Not available to US retail — Binance.US is a different platform. For active traders in supported jurisdictions, fees are among the lowest; for infrequent buyers, the UX is less polished than Coinbase.
